Customization Process

📌 Step 1: Place Order
Choose your preferred acrylic keychain style ⮕ confirm size and quantity ⮕ upload your design file ⮕ submit your order online.
📌 Step 2: Design Proof Approval
We will confirm details with you:
  • Small orders: default die-cut shape.
  • Large orders: we will email you to confirm the shape (heart, square, circle, etc.).
  • Simple background: any shape available.
  • Complex background: only square, heart, circle.
📌 Step 3: Production (5–7 working days)
Once design is confirmed ⮕ we will complete production and quality inspection within 5–7 working days.
📌 Step 4: Shipping
After production is finished ⮕ we will arrange shipment immediately ⮕ provide a tracking number for you to check delivery status.
📌 Step 5: Delivery & After-Sales Service
Please inspect your order upon delivery ⮕ contact our customer service if you have missing items, wrong items, or quality issues.

🎨 Artwork

Q: What file formats do you accept?
A: We accept all standard artwork formats. For the best clarity, we recommend vector files such as AI or EPS. We will provide a free online proof and make free changes until you get your desired layout.

Q: Do you offer design services?
A: We provide basic design help, including text edits, background removal and color adjustments. Simple backgrounds can be cut into any shape, while complex backgrounds support square, heart or round shapes. For complex designs, we work with professional design partners to assist you.

📝 Submitting Orders

Q: Do prices include setup charges?
A: Most orders have no setup fees. Any setup cost will be clearly shown on the product page, and reorders of the same design are free of setup charges.

Q: Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
A: Yes! We offer discounted unit prices for large quantity orders. The more you order, the lower the unit price will be.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from China and provide reliable and safe shipping service to most countries and regions around the world.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Production usually takes 5–7 working days after design approval. Shipping time depends on your destination. The total time is normally around two weeks.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns or replacements only for issues such as quality problems, wrong items, missing items, or shipping damage. As all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us with photos of the damaged item via email: service@customacrylicstandee.com. We will review and provide a satisfying solution including replacement or compensation.
